SWAC volleyball champions crowned

The Shaunavon Silhouettes are the 2010 SWAC senior girl's volleyball champions.

The Frontier Raiders and Shaunavon Silhouettes are the 2010 champions of the SWAC senior volleyball leagues.

The boys evening opened with fourth ranked Consul upsetting top ranked Vanguard. Frontier then defeated Ponteix to advance to the final.

The Raiders then defeated Consul in straight sets (25-22, 25-19) to take the title.

Vanguard defeated Ponteix for third spot.

The host Shaunavon Silhouettes defeated Fox Valley (25-18, 25-20) to win the SWAC senior girl’s volleyball league this season.

The Silhouettes advanced to the championship match with a win over Cabri, while Fox Valley downed Frontier in the other semi-final.

Cabri defeated Frontier in the consolation match.
