The Swift Current Comp. Ardens volleyball team won all six games on the first day of their annual home tournament on Friday.

The Ardens opened  the tournament with a straight set win over Maple Creek (25-9, 25-22) and followed up with an easy win over Regina Thom (25-21, 25-15).

In their final match of the day, the Ardens overcame a nine-point deficit during a straight sets win over Estevan (25-11, 27-25) to finish 6-0 with three matches left on Saturday.

The Ardens will face the Clavet Cougars at 9 a.m., the Cutknife Condors at 11 a.m., and the Moose Jaw Central Cyclones at 1 p.m at the Comp. Gymnasium on Saturday.

The playoffs will begin at 2 p.m. with the championship final slated for 4 p.m.
