Wegren finished the contest with a game-high 31 points after some timely scoring from inside and outside.

They were in tough that afternoon against a talented and deep Central Cyclones squad. The Colts were unable to score more than 10 points in any quarter as they fell 56-35 in the end.

They played a strong defensive first half, trailing 12-10 after one quarter and 19-16 at the intermission. The third quarter was their undoing as they were out-scored 25-8 to trail 41-27 heading into the fourth quarter.
