The Swift Current Broncos will host the Moose Jaw Warriors after a nine-day holiday break

The Swift Current Broncos will return to the ice Friday when they host the Moose Jaw Warriors at 7 p.m. at the Credit Union iplex, one of 10 Western Hockey League games on the schedule.

It will be a match-up between East Division rivals as the Broncos play their first game after a nine day holiday break. The Broncos currently lead the East Division with a 20-13-1-4 record. Moose Jaw is fifth in the division with a 10-21-3-3 record, but they have won their last two games.

Swift Current has taken five of six points in the season series and won their most recent meeting 5-4 in overtime in Moose Jaw.

Landon Bow has both wins in the series with a 1.12 goals against average and a .960 save percentage. Graham Black leads the Broncos with 49 points in 36 games and has six points in three games against Moose Jaw this season. Defenseman Travis Brown leads the Warriors' attack with 36 points.

The two teams will rematch Saturday in Moose Jaw when the season series passes the midway point.
