The Swift Current Home Hardware Legionnaires now have points in each of their past eight games after tying the Notre Dame Hounds 3-3 on Tuesday.
Luke Grassl made 37 saves for the Legionnaires as they moved into fifth place in the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League with a 13-9-2-0 record.
Zac Mackay had a goal and an assist, Daylan Gatzke added two helpers, while Lukas Biensch and Cody McKinnon also scored for the host Legionnaires. Austin LaRochelle and Edwin Hookenson also added assists.
Spencer Trapp, Jacob Cardiff, and Keegan Milligan all scored for the Hounds as they improved to 7-13-5-1.
The Legionnaires will try and stretch their unbeaten streak to double digits this weekend when they head to Saskatoon to face the Contacts (15-6-1-0) on Saturday and the Blazers (8-9-3-1) on Sunday.
