Arndt fifth at Mid-Amateur Provincials

Maple Creek’s Kristen Arndt shot an 84 on day two of the Saskatchewan Mid-Amateur Women’s Championship in Kenosee to sit fifth at 27-over-par, 11 shots back of the leader. She shot an 87 on day one.

Fort Qu’Appelle’s Breanna White and Saskatoon’s Anna Young are tied for top spot at 16-over-par (76-84=160).

Former Swift Current Broncos assistant coach Tim Kehler is tied for ninth at the Saskatchewan Mid-Amateur Men’s Championship. Kehler shot a second round 77 to sit at 11-over-par after a 78 on day one for a 155 total.

Swift Current’s Terry Pavely is tied for 29th at 19-over-par after an 85 on day two to follow up on a 78 on day one.

Saskatoon’s Torrie Coghlin leads the men at two-over-par after a 71 on day one and 75 on day two.
