The Swift Current Indians are heading back to the Western Major Baseball League championship series after more late heroics from Hunter Owen.

The Indians' shortstop hit a walk-off double in the bottom of the ninth inning to score Eric Sams from first base for a 4-3 win to complete the three game sweep of the Regina Red Sox.

Owen now has seven runs batted in during the playoffs after hitting a three-run home run in game to score the eventual winning run as well.

Fernando Pena made the start and gave his team a chance to win with seven strong innings, allowing five hits, three walks, and two runs while striking out eight. Robbie DeVries earned the win with a scoreless ninth inning.

The Indians will now face either the Medicine Hat Mavericks or the Okotoks Dawgs in the championship series. Okotoks won game three 21-5 on Saturday to fend off elimination and will now host game four on Sunday.
