Sometime between Thursday June 12 and Monday June 16th, 2014,  a 2007 Travelaire Office Trailer went missing from a oil lease site south of Marshall. The trailer is described as an office trailer with office equipment inside, and was bearing Saskatchewan licence plate of 292IFV.

 

Enclosed is a picture of the trailer.

 

Anyone having any information regarding this trailer is asked to call Maidstone RCMP or Crimestoppers.

Yorkton RCMP

Further to the previous release William Crawford was taken before a Justice of the Peace and was remanded into custody and he would be making his first appearance in court on Monday June 16, 2014. Mr. Crawford's next appearance in court is scheduled for Thursday  June 19, 2014 at Yorkton Provincial Court at 9:30AM.

 

Verna Ann Renee WATRYCH was released from custody and is scheduled to appear on Monday July 28, 2014 in Yorkton Provincial Court at 9:30AM.

 

 

On Thursday June 12, 2014 Yorkton Municipal RCMP and Yorkton Provincial GIS Unit entered into a drug investigation and conducted two vehicle stops. As a result of those two vehicle stops and further investigation the following people have been charged:

 

1)      William Henry Charles CRAWFORD 27 years old of Yorkton, Saskatchewan is charged with:

a.       Trafficking in Cocaine contrary to S.5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

b.      Possession of Cocaine contrary to S. 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

c.       Possession of Cannabis Marihuana contrary to S. 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

d.      Possession of Methamphetamine contrary to S. 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

e.      Possession of Proceeds obtained by Crime contrary to S.354(1)(a) and 355(b) of Criminal Code.

f.        Possession of a Prohibited Weapon contrary to S.91(2) of the Criminal Code.

g.       Possession of a Weapon contrary to a Prohibition Order contrary to S.117.01(1) of the Criminal Code.

 

2)      Verna Ann Renee WATRYCH, 32 years old from Bredenbury, Saskatchewan is charged with:

a.       Trafficking in Hydromorphone contrary to S.5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

b.      Possession of Cocaine contrary to S. 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

c.       Possession of Hydromorphone contrary to S. 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

d.      Possession of Proceeds obtained by Crime contrary to S.354(1)(a) and 355(b) of Criminal Code.

 

RCMP Members seized the following items during the vehicle stops: Prescription pills, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Cannabis Marihuana, money, and a switch blade.

 

This matter remains under investigation by the Yorkton Municipal RCMP in conjunction with the Yorkton Provincial GIS Unit and additional charges are pending.

Just over 30 calls for service, including 2 false/nuisance 911 calls, 1 false alarm, 1 assistance to Social Services occurrence, 4 Traffic complaints, 1 Municipal Bylaw complaint.

636 am - Male called through 911 to let police know he didn't assault his wife.

 

711 am - Complaint of harassing calls and text messages. Investigation ongoing.

 

1027 am - Complaint of unlocked vehicle gone through on Maher Drive, nothing taken.

 

1152 am - Civil complaint regarding purse not returned from ex's residence. Purse returned by police.

 

1212 pm - Complaint of a break and enter overnight in the 800 block of 108th Street. Residence entered and TV stolen. Investigation ongoing.

 

1236 pm - Call of a domestic assault in the 1400 block of 100th Street. A 39 year old male was arrested and later released with charges pending.

 

211 pm - Complaint of a domestic assault in the 1900 block of 97th Street from the previous night. An 18 year old male was arrested and later released with charges pending.

 

254 pm - Complaint of stolen cell phone. Possibly civil in nature, investigation ongoing.

 

349 pm - Report of a hit and run in a parking lot on Railway Avenue. Investigation ongoing.

 

428 pm - Report of a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of 101st Street and 12th Avenue. 1 person taken to hospital with minor injuries. 1 driver charged under the Traffic Safety Act.

 

815 pm - Report of stolen bank card after it was left in ATM on 101st Street.

 

821 pm - Report of stolen cell phone from the 600 block of 109th Street. Investigation ongoing.

 

931 pm - Report of intoxicated people fighting in the 1500 block of 104th Street. A 15 year old male was arrested and is facing charges of breaching conditions and resisting arrest.

 

1107 pm - Alarm at a business in the 3000 block of 99th Street. Members attended and located a male on scene who had broken into the business. A 24 year old male was arrested and charges are pending.

 

1145 pm - A 47 year old male and a 16 year old female were found to be breaching court ordered conditions in the 1600 block of 99th Street. Charges pending.
