Lumsden RCMP would like to advise the public that Hwy #2 where the accident occurred overnight (approx 5 kms south of Chamberlain), is currently blocked in both lanes as the scene is being cleaned up and the semi and trailer are being moved.

It is anticipated that the highway will be blocked for upwards of one hour.  Once the scene is cleared, an update will be provided.

The grid roads in the area are soft and muddy making detours difficult.

Any motorists using Hwy #2 either from the Moose Jaw or Chamberlain areas are cautioned to find alternate routes or delay their travel plans.
