5:50 p.m.

On April 7th, 2014 Punnichy RCMP were notified by family that 32 year old Fenton Blair ALBERT of the Muskowekwan First Nation in Saskatchewan has not been seen for approximately a month.  At this time police and family have not been able to locate ALBERT and are asking the public to assist in determining his whereabouts.  Fenton ALBERT is described as having short black hair, approximately 5'8" tall with a slim build, approximate weight is 150 lbs.  ALBERT may be wearing a white or light colored jacket.

 

It is believed that Fenton ALBERT may be in or around Regina, Saskatoon, or Fort Qu'Appelle.  RCMP are requesting the public's assistance in locating Fenton ALBERT by calling the nearest RCMP Detachment or Police Station if he is spotted.

The victim of the assault is an adult female, this offence occurred in the Town of Fort Qu'Appelle.

 

Richard Daniel Wolfe was serving an 18 year sentence for convictions in 1996 out of Manitoba for Attempt Murder Secction 239 C.C., Robbery Section 344 C.C., and use of a firearm while committing an indictable offence Section 85(1)(a) C.C.. Wolfe was also convicted in 1999 on charges of Assault Causing Bodily Harm Section 267(b) C.C. and Disguise with intent Section 351(2) C.C. and received an additional 2 year consecutive sentence. Richard Daniel Wolfe had served 2/3 of his sentence and has been on statutory release since September of 2010.

On the morning of April 6, 2014, the Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP received a call to investigate a sexual assault that occurred at a residence in Fort Qu’Appelle.  As a result of the investigation, RCMP charged 38 year old Richard Daniel Wolfe with Sexual Assault and Assault with a weapon. Richard Daniel Wolfe is now wanted on a Canada wide warrant for breaching his statutory release, this matter is still under investigation by the Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP.

On the morning of April 6, 2014, the Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP received a call to investigate a sexual assault that occurred at a residence in Fort Qu’Appelle.  As a result of the investigation, RCMP charged 38 year old Richard Daniel Wolfe with Sexual Assault and Assault with a weapon. Richard Daniel Wolfe is now wanted on a Canada wide warrant for breaching his statutory release, this matter is still under investigation by the Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP.

North Battleford RCMP

The noted 22 year old male in custody will not make his first appearance until Tuesday April 8th at 930am.

On the evening of Saturday April 5th shortly before 11pm, North Battleford RCMP responded to two calls of gun shots being fired, one in the area of 93rd Street and the second in the area of 108th Street. Members were able to located the suspect vehicle involved and arrested three person without incident. Firearms and other weapons were recovered by members at the time of the arrests. The investigation is ongoing, to date there does not appear to have been any victim(s) to the shootings. The three arrested males are 19, 19 and 15 years of age. Subsequent investigation has resulted in the arrest on Sunday of a fourth male, 22 years of age. The 15 year old male one of the 19 year old males have since been released from custody on numerous weapons charges. A 19 year old male and the 22 year old male remain in custody and will appear in North Battleford Provincial Court at 930am on Monday April 7th.

913am - Report of a fraudulent sale of a vehicle/fraudulent registration of a vehicle.  Suspect has been identified and charges are pending.

 

956am - Intoxicated male banging on windows on 105th Street.  30 year old male arrested on scene and held in custody until sober.

 

1042am - Vehicle parked on 1000 block of 102nd Street entered overnight.  Nothing missing.

 

223pm - PS3 reported stolen.  Property has since been recovered, charges still pending.

 

338pm - Report of several intoxicated persons on 101st Street.  53 year old woman was taken into custody and turned over to ambulance due to high levels of intoxication.  Two other subjects located and warned to leave area.

 

435pm - Domestic dispute involving cell phones.  Both parties spoken to after arguing on 100th Street about ownership of two cell phones.

 

442pm - Misuse of Identification at a licensed premise.  Suspect identified, charges are still pending.

 

525pm - Theft of fuel on Heritage way.  Suspect vehicle described as a Silver Subaru Uplander.

 

539pm - Call to a residence on 103rd Street, reporting a young woman just opened the complainants door, came in and sat down and now won't leave.  A 25 year old woman was arrested on scene and held in custody until sober.

 

727pm - 38 year old female from Alberta facing charges of Impaired Driving and Driving while over .08 after a stop on 101st Street.   Two male passengers ages 28 and 41 were also taken into custody due to their levels of intoxication and held in custody until sober.  The driver has since been released from custody to appear on North Battleford Provincial Court on April 28th at 2pm.  The 28 year old is also facing charges of Obstruction for providing a false name.  He was found to have numerous outstanding matter and was remanded into custody to appear in court on Monday April 7th at 930am.

 

946pm - Call to a disturbance on Territorial Drive North.  Found to be an argument between acquaintances, most of whom left prior to police arrival.  Still under investigation.

 

1005pm - 53 year old woman arrested for being intoxicated in public on 107th Street.

1207am - Theft of two I Phones from Mackenzie King Crescent.  Suspect known to complainant.

 

1248am - Report of intoxicated person walking down the middle of the street on 101st Street.  27 year old woman located and arrested, held in custody until sober.

 

256am - Report of another intoxicated person running around in traffic on Highway 16 East.  34 year old woman arrested and held in custody until sober.

 

1222pm - 13 year old reported missing.  Located a short time later.

 

137pm - Report of a male sleeping in an alley off 11th Avenue.  41 year old male located and taken into custody for public intoxication and held until sober.

 

430pm - Vehicle tires slashed while parked on 1300 block of 96th Street some time during the night.

 

430pm - Report of a vehicle damaged while parked on 1300 block of 100th Street over night.

 

448pm - Report of intoxicated person bothering people on 102nd Street.  53 year old woman arrested for public intoxication and another male warned to leave area.

 

741pm - Unoccupied home damaged on Trudeau Street.

 

825pm - 70 year old male arrested after complaint of intoxicated person causing a disturbance on 100th Street.

 

941pm - 911 call to a residence on St Laurent Drive of four unknown males banging on the door.  Subject left without gaining entry.  Remains under investigation.

1237am - Two vehicle collision between a Police Vehicle and an car on 13th Avenue.  Police vehicle was travelling west on 13th Avenue when a vehicle going north on 105th failed to yield and collided with the police vehicle.  No injuries.  Charges of operating an unregistered vehicle pending for operator of the vehicle.
