A list of rooms, furnishings and equipment that is necessary to provide the required healthcare services for Southwest clients has been released.
The list provides those community-minded citizens, small businesses or corporations the opportunity to sponsor a specific item, room or department and receive the appropriate recognition. The “Donor Opportunities” list also clearly indicates the costs of all specific items for the convenience of potential donors. One can peruse the list in the convenience of your own home or business, or forward it to family members or executives in another location to make an educated decision with regard to contributions to the Southwest Healthcare Integrated Facility.

Purchases to outfit the new facility are now being made on a regular basis - the time is now critical to have the funding in place for the purchases so the new facility can be opened fully equipped. Late 2014 is targeted as the time when the facility should be completed and fully functioning as the Southwest’s new integrated healthcare facility.
According to Cypress Health Region personnel the building project is on schedule and on budget. Healthcare professionals have been undergoing training on a continuous basis in an effort to become familiar with up-to-date procedures that provide for greatly improved efficiencies in rural healthcare delivery.
