lets look at this situation. the city of swift current has an incident very early friday morning and doesnt issue an advisory until around noon that day. its wednesday and test results are still not avaiable ?? meanwhile in maple creek they have an incident on saturday and gave the "all clear" tuesday afternoon. same laboratory ... but different protocol, competance ...what ?? power outages on clear days, boil water advisories, embarrassing and unsafe road system , street cleaning that determines that cleaning the parking lot across from city hall and down the alley behind the lyric is a priority, poor quality road repairs , terrible communication despite a plethora of beaurocrats , no visible quality control of anything .... . third world all the way !
