Motorists continue to adjust to winter driving conditions across the Southwest after widespread snow blanketed the prairies on Monday.
Environment Canada is reporting by mid morning the snow has become light or ended altogether in the Cypress Hills and Maple Creek areas, but only after dumping 13 centimeters of snow on the Cypress Hills Park.
While only the Leader region is the only portion of the Southwest still experiencing snow, additional snowfall is anticipated over the coming days.
Motorists are experiencing slushy roads with icy or slippery sections, along with some snow packed roads while winter weather delivers a punch across Alberta and Saskatchewan.
