Football fans in Swift Current took advantage of a Wednesday afternoon opportunity to get up close and personal with the Grey Cup during a four hour visit by the Grey Cup 100 Train Tour.

Swift Current was one of the select communities where the Grey Cup is appearing aboard a specially retrofitted train that includes a car showcasing the Grey Cup, a special museum car that captures its long and storied history, and a team car that celebrates the special place today's CFL teams have in their communities and the hearts of their fans across the country.

As part of the visit, fans could have their photo taken with the Grey Cup.

Riders alumni Roger Aldag from Gull Lake was at the event signing autographs and shaking hands with the Rider faithful in attendance.
