Cypress Motors celebrated its first anniversary at its new location on 2234 South Service Road W Aug. 22 with a fund-raising car wash, in addition to burgers, cake, and draws for prizes.
The car wash was in support of the SCCHS Colts Football team and cost $5. Students processed 60 vehicles and Cypress Motors topped up the funds to $500.
"We’ve got burgers going on there for free, cake inside, a prize draw every half hour of $100 for parts, service, autobody and detailing, and at 5 p.m. we draw $1000 towards a new or used vehicle,” Customer Service & Business Development Manager for Cypress Motors Pat Rokochy said the day of the event.
