Regina's Robert Loffler won $100,000 on his EXTRA numbers from a Lotto 6/49 ticket purchased at Swift Current's Transport City Service.

Regina's Robert Loffler had an amazing stroke of luck from a lottery ticket bought in Swift Current, winning $100,000 by matching six of seven numbers on the EXTRA game during the January 29th Lotto 6/49 draw.

Loffler bought a $7 Lotto 6/49 ticket at Transport City Service in Swift Current, and he couldn't believe what he saw when he checked his ticket online following the draw.

“I was flabbergasted. I didn’t fully realize until now,” Loffler said when he claimed his prize a couple of days later.

A press release from Saskatchewan Lotteries noted that Loffler plans on paying some bills, taking a trip somewhere warm, plus he is expecting to retire earlier.
