Swift Pionner Good Sams conclude another busy year

The Swift Pioneer Good Sams have wrapped up their 2013 summer of camp outs and activities.

Starting out in May we joined the Rosetown and Kyle chapters at Sask Landing.

The Provincial Samboree was hosted in Rosetown in June. This is a big gathering, with Good Sam members coming from British Columbia to Manitoba and into the United States.

During July and August we camped out at Lac Pelletier and Cypress Hills Park.

September featured our last camp out of the year at Watrous and Manitou Beach. This year ending event was a Mini Samboree, where all Saskatchewan Chapters gathering.

During our campouts we participate in activities such as games, golf, happy hours, weiner roasts, corn feeds and pot lucks. Our evenings are usually gathered around a campfire and enjoying sing alongs.

We've held our annual General Meeting and elected new board members. It was also decided to have our Christmas Party on Dec. 12, with a turkey supper and an evening of games.
