Second performances scheduled for Ian Tyson and Jim Cuddy Trio

The Swift Current Allied Arts Council has scheduled second performances for Ian Tyson and the Jim Cuddy Trio due to overwhelming response to season ticket sales.

The second performance by Ian Tyson will be at the Sky Centre at 8 p.m. on Sept. 29.

The second performance by the Jim Cuddy Trio will be at 8 p.m. on April 17, 2013.

Tickets for reserved seating for performances by Ian Tyson on Sept. 29, and the Jim Cuddy Trio on April 17, 2013 can be purchased at the Living Sky Casino Box Office in person, on-line at www.livingskycasino.ca or by phone at 778-5759.

I just finished reading Ian Tyson's book "The Long Trail....My Life In The West" (2010). It was a fascinating look into the life of this Canadian legend. I would recommend this book to all those interested in Canadian music history and wish I could be at the Sky Centre on the 28th in Swift Current!
