Regina based recording artist Tyler Gilbert will play a trio of concerts in the Southwest during his current summer Saskatchewan tour.

Gilbert will be playing a concert at 3 p.m. in Chaplin on July 28 as part of the Chaplin Centennial celebrations. Gilbert will be appearing with fellow folk singer Ryley Noble at an Aug. 3 concert at Louie D's Lounge starting at 8:30 p.m. He will also be performing in Herbert on Aug. 3 during Herbert's Centennial celebration weekend.

The 23-year-old singer/songwriter has released a trio of full length recordings along with recording multiple demos. He is currently working on his fourth release, to be titled "OK Murphy", later this year after winning Rawlco Radio's 10k20 grant.

He has performed from coast-to-coast in Canada and has built a following with his festival performances and live concerts.
