Central Ave Physiotherapy launches "Beat the Santa Bulge" challenge

Central Avenue Physiotherapy is challenging anyone interested in losing the bulginess of Santa to join their “Beat the Santa Bulge” challenge that will run for two months beginning Dec. 1 to Jan. 31, 2012.

The contest will start with a pre-challenge body composition analysis and includes two months of working through a weight loss program with access to Central’s gym facility, followed by a post-challenge body composition analysis to determine the winner.

Registration is $25 and includes a “Beat the Santa Bulge” T-shirt. Contact 773-8313 to register or for more information.
