Zikomo is an exciting evening of African music, artwork and delicious food presented as a unique fundraiser hosted by Raquel Vigueras, a young lady from Swift Current who spent this past summer in Africa with the Engineers Without Borders organization.
The fundraiser will feature unique and beautiful silent auction and raffle items in addition to short presentations by overseas volunteers including Vigeras and her friends Stephanie Laing and Ali Molaro.
Engineers Without Borders creates opportunities for rural Africans to access clean water, generate income from small farms, and gain improved access to the services and infrastructure they need to empower their lives.
