The Saskatchewan Pension Plan (SPP) has planned a series of a half dozen Celebrity Interview Podcasts as a financial educational tool.
"We are presenting this exclusive interview series to facilitate a broader dialogue among Canadians about strategies for retirement saving and managing money. This is a rare opportunity to hear many of Canada's top financial experts share their valuable insights," explained Saskatchewan Pension Plan General Manager Katherine Strutt.
After releasing Talking with Ellen Roseman about Financial Literacy in June, followed by Talking to "Idiot Millionaire" Derek Foster about his investment strategy in July, there are four additional podcast planned over the next four months. The upcoming line-up inclues: August - Talking to Jonathan Chevreau about his book "Findependence Day"; September - Talking to Gordon Pape about why annuities are important; October - Talking to Alison Griffiths about how to maximize retirement savings; November - Talking to David Chilton about his new book "The Wealthy Barber Returns".
