Fire destroys home in Blumenort area

A fire on Sunday destroyed the home of a Blumenort area family. The Neville Volunteer Fire Department and members of a nearby Hutterite Colony battled the blaze but could only watch as flames consumed the house. Southwest residents are invited to provide assistance to the family by making a contribuion to the Clothier Benevolent Fire Fund which has been established at the Innovation Credit Union. Ryan and Heather Clothier lost their home and all its possessions during the fire. Financial support can be donated through any Innovation Branch in Southwest Saskatchewan.
