Swift Current will be part of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Canada's current expansion into Saskatchewan and Alberta, with Swift Current named one of 11 prairie locations where the real estate brokerage will be situated.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Canada (BHGREC) announced four Saskatchewan communities will join their firm following a merger with Signature Service Real Estate. The four Saskatchewan offices of Signature Service Real Estate are located in Swift Current, Moose Jaw, North Battleford and Weyburn. The merger also includes seven offices in Alberta including Coaldale, Taber, Hanna, Medicine Hat, Wainwright, Lloydminster and Bow Island. All offices will now be under the banner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Signature Service.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Canada (BHGREC) announced the expansion during a press conference in Moose Jaw, noting their commitment to providing more Canadians with a full service offering when buying and selling their home.
