There are many stories that have been kept 'under the covers'. They are stories about innovation and doing things differently, about getting a competitive edge. Every day we run into companies with these stories, but we are not showcasing them ehough, sharing the pride... so we, the Swift Current Chamber have improved and created an awards program of SCBEX - Spirit of Swift Current to shine some light on the great innovative things happening in the business community.
This year, the 2011 Spirit of Swift Current Awards will showcase seven award classes with nomination "apps" now being accepted until September 6th. The classes are as follows: Not-for-Profit, Start Up Business, Small Business 1-5 Employees, Medium Business 6-15 Employees, Large Business 16+ Employees, Hall of Fame and Member Business of the Year.
